she wore a faint shade of elegance;
one which pursurated my entire being
she wore loneliness
i now spend my days in denial
holding on to these insignificant remains
she is further than i can touch
which is farther than i can bear
waste your time, apologize to me
go back to him, enjoy yourself
i've held on for so long, and now this is all i have to say
but i'll remember the times when
i sat outside alone
take it out of her
she's mine

Quite possibly the most full-on album I've ever listened to. Intense, and then some. 'Digital Tarpit' could describe both the track and the whole album: high-pitched guitar squeals that make your fillings itch coupled with merciless, suffocating heaviness. The Avenell-esque vocals top it off perfectly.
Brilliant - punishing, but brilliant. jim_fuego
